Brazil is a country that has an innumerable variety of options when planning a trip. Its multiple landscapes mean that there are programs for all tastes and ages. Many families prefer not to spend so many hours on the beach, and Guaruja is ideal for them, as it invites them to do other activities. You can take ecotourism tours, such as hiking, cycling, rappelling and paragliding. It is essential to go through the Senderos del Dragón , paths along which you can spend between 3 and 9 hours on foot. Along this route it is possible to see ruins and historic fortresses, craft fairs and the largest saltwater aquarium in South America, the Acqua Mundo.

In the north of Brazil, Futuro beach is another excellent option to visit with the family. A few kilometers from Fortaleza, it is indicated for water activities and recognized for all the facilities it has in its inns. The wind makes the area ideal for sports such as sailing and surfing

Being relatively close to the center, it is possible to visit Fortaleza to visit its fairs and be dazzled by the handicrafts. The Central Market is a must visit. Tourists can stay in the city or on the beach, with numerous options according to taste and money available.

Also in the north, 60 kilometers south of downtown Recife , is Porto de Galinhas beach , famous for its crystal clear waters, which form large natural pools in the reefs at low tide. There you can see colorful fish with the naked eye, or delve into the depths of the sea by diving. The town has few inhabitants and all the lodgings are located on the beach, so getting to the water only requires a few steps. A nice excursion is called Ponta a Ponta , which runs through the town from one end to the other aboard a buggie.

Brazil, that ideal destination to go with friends

If the plan is to go with friends, there are other options to explore in Brazil. One idea is to visit Ilhabela , known as the Capital of Sailing, an archipelago that has 150 kilometers of coastline. With over 40 beaches , it’s an adventure trying to explore them all.  The latter can find their place in Fome beach, Serraria beach and Veloso beach . Those who seek tranquility and natural pools can visit the Cachoeira do Gato . For the night, the recommendation is to go to the Mareias beach, in São Sebastião, where music and dancing are the rule in bars and restaurants . During the day the beach is ideal for surfing and is surrounded by houses and sophisticated hotels. Nightclubs and bars guarantee entertainment.

Rosa beach is another destination that mixes nature, the beach, the rustic, sports and fun. Located in Imbituba , Santa Catarina, it is 7 kilometers long and has perfect waves for surfing. The place is surrounded by green mountains, which make horseback riding a great plan.

In the south of Brazil we also find Joaquina beach , perfect for those planning a fun trip to Florianopolis . With strong and long waves, it is suitable for surfing. Its sands also receive those who practice sandboarding among the dunes. Nearby, Mole beach is the best option to enjoy the night, in one of its many bars.

Another destination to visit with friends is Trancoso , in Bahia. It is a spa that combines nature with relaxed fun. With restaurants, reggae parties and dancing on the beach, its picturesque landscapes make it a magical place. The Historic Quadrado, the square preserved by the National Historical and Artistic Heritage Institute, is the focus of cultural activities, with capoeira shows at sunset, for example. 

Brazil is huge and has proposals for all tastes . Finding the right one is important, although the reality is that the beauty of its land makes the destinations perfect for all plans.
